Little Fiori – Return & Exchange Policy
At Little Fiori, each dress is thoughtfully designed with care and attention to detail for children ages 2–12. We want you to love your purchase, and we are happy to assist if something isn’t quite right.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Free of stains, odors, or damage
- In original condition with tags attached
- Dresses must be returned in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom-made or personalized dresses
- Dresses purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance
- Accessories (unless damaged upon arrival)
Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed subject to availability.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.
- If the requested size or style is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Store Credit
- Approved returns may receive store credit in the form of a Little Fiori gift code.
- Store credit does not expire and may be used on any future purchase.
Refunds
- Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original form of payment, minus original shipping fees.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing once the return is received and inspected.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Little Fiori is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
- We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you
